Pasta and pizza chef

Like the dishes and want to work with us - we're recruiting!

We are looking for a pasta chef with 3 years plus experience, ideally worked in Italian restaurants but will also consider chefs with experience in Indian and Chinese kitchens and a good understanding of making fresh sauces.

Will be creating authentic Italian sauces - ragu, bechamel, pesto and tomato sauces - consistently without compromising on the quality. We are also looking for new flavours in particular using Afro Caribbean and Asian flavours to create interesting pasta dishes. We are open to exploring new dishes you recommend which if successful will be introduced to the menu!

Must have experience in: 

  • Food preparation and cooking
  • Kitchen maintenance and cleaning 
  • Maintaining and sourcing stocks, suppliers and food wastage 
  • Following food safety requirements
  • Client liaising for catering requirements
  • Good communication skills

Generous hourly wage, staff uniform, and meals.
